Q: Where can I buy your products?
A: Place an order through our website. Right now, I do multiple vendor events in the area. When I'm available you will find me at the Platte City Firehouse Market that is the 3rd Saturday of every month at the Firehouse in downtown Platte City, MO. Think we would be a good fit for your retail location? Email me and we can discuss wholesale strategies.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our products are handcrafted and personal, all sales are final. But if something isn’t right or got damaged in shipping, email us and we’ll make it right, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Q: Can I request a custom scent or product?
A: Absolutely! I can’t make all requests come to fruition, but I may have the exact scent you are asking about. Products/formulations can be a little trickier as they require lots of time and testing to get it right.
Q: How can I smell the scents before purchase?
A: I put in sample scents with each purchase. If you would like to smell the product prior to making purchases I bring sample scents with me to all vendor events and will post which events I will be at on social media (follow me!) If you are not local and want to smell the scents prior to placing an order (I get it, I have a hard time making a purchase without smelling in person to make sure I like it), reach out to me via email or DM on social media we can work something out.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently just the US. However, if you are dying to try our products and not able to receive in the US please slide into our DMs or shoot us an email.
Q: What’s the difference between roll-on fragrance and body spray?
A: Our roll-ons are oil-based and more concentrated for stronger projection, and long-lasting wear (4-8+ hours). The body sprays are lighter and made for all-over temptation, light projection and only lasts an hour or two. If you are looking for a scent that lasts with great projection, roll-on is what you want.
Q: What’s the difference between your body spray and room spray? Can they be used interchangeably?
A: Our room spray is formulated with odor-eliminating enzymes (which is great to get rid of stinky odors), but this can also make hard flooring slippery. It can be used on throw pillows, rugs, carpet, or upholstered furniture, to make it longer lasting. The room spray should not be used as a body spray; however, you can use the body spray as a room spray. Our body sprays are made with an alcohol base and can be used on fabrics, skin, and rugs.
