Our Story

I’m Katie—mom of three (okay, four if we’re counting my husband) and the heart and driving force behind Sultry Scents.

Life threw us a curveball when my oldest son became seriously ill, spending several months in and out of hospitals with no real answers. With little help from the traditional medical system, we turned to alternative care. Every test, every treatment, every medication paid out of pocket. A few months later, my youngest started experiencing the same symptoms. This time, we knew what to do. It was one of the hardest chapters of our lives, and it changed everything.

What began as a small side business to help with medical bills quickly grew into a commitment to reduce my kids' toxin exposure through cleaner, intentional products.  Along the way, I discovered soaping, and what started as simple curiosity turned into a full-blown passion that brings me so much joy.
